1. Background and Challenge

In recent years, demand for immersive UX/UI experiences inside vehicles has increased rapidly beyond simple information display. However, conventional infotainment systems based on flat (2D) displays have limitations in expressing visual depth and making differentiated user interfaces. Because of this, the automotive industry has been increasingly interested in 3D-based UI technology that can be applied to vehicle displays.


2. MOPIC’s Solution

Mobase applied MOPIC’s glasses-free 3D display module and 3D SDK to its vehicle infotainment system.


3D Display Optimized for Vehicle Infotainment Environment

MOPIC developed an 8.9-inch glasses-free 3D display optimized for the vehicle interior environment.

Unity-based 3D SDK Integration
